Mayor Harry J. Tutunjian: Troy, N.Y. is moving in the right direction
I have been saying it for my 19 months at The Record and now it is official: Mayor Harry J. Tutunjian wrote a guest column today at troyrecord.com that Troy, N.Y. "is moving in the right direction".
